We will deliver your order for LED lighting to any address in the UK. Our delivery policy utilizes a national carrier for standard delivery, and in most cases, you will receive your goods the next working day. If you live in a remote area or if the carrier finds your address challenging to locate, your delivery may take a little longer. In some of the more remote areas, such as the Highlands of Scotland, delivery can take several days. If quicker delivery is important to you, we offer premium delivery options. The availability of these options depends on your location and, in some cases, the time of day. We will confirm this with you at the time you place your order. If you order by post and request a delivery option that is not available to your address, we will not charge you for it, as outlined in our terms and conditions.
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has started processing, cancellation may no longer be an option. Due to our fast delivery policy, we begin to fulfill your order immediately after it is placed. If we have not yet dispatched the goods, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund (including delivery charges) to the credit card, debit card, or PayPal account used for the transaction. We will process the refund promptly, within 14 days of cancellation.
